Training philosophy

I believe there is no one size fits all approach and I can personally help you create the healthy lifestyle you deserve. No gimmicks, no pushing supplements, shakes, or fad diets! Just real food, information, and fun fitness for real people.

My Story...

I grew up with a family full of health-related diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, and Alzheimer's. I made choices that weren't always easy but created life-long healthy habits. I never wanted to feel deprived or spend hours in the gym!

My passion for movement and healthy eating led me to my career in fitness and nutrition coaching. Every day I get to help people, just like you, who might know what they need to do but have problems taking action.

To me, health is not about looking a certain way, but feeling good about who you are. Health is not just a destination, it is a journey.

Career Highlights:

In 2013 I started my own business called Head Over Heels Fitness.

I added an online coaching component to my business in 2015 to be available for those who needed daily lessons and accountability.

In 2016 I began teaching at Portland Community College.

I currently teach Physical Education at Portland Community College and offer Online Fitness and Nutrition Coaching using Precision Nutrition's platform
