I grew up with a family full of health-related diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, and Alzheimer's. I made choices that weren't always easy but created life-long healthy habits. I never wanted to feel deprived or spend hours in the gym!
My passion for movement and healthy eating led me to my career in fitness and nutrition coaching. Every day I get to help people, just like you, who might know what they need to do but have problems taking action.
To me, health is not about looking a certain way, but feeling good about who you are.
