"We do not need to start over, we just need a new mindset"

I have been thinking a lot about how much things have changed for us and how it has affected our routines. I don't know about you but I have definitely reverted to some old comforting/ sometimes not so comforting habits. I don't feel bad, just not at my best. I am ok with that, but if this is the way the foreseeable future looks, I need to make it more functional. I want to feel more like me.

I need a reset.

I do not want to overhaul myself but find my way back to closer to where I was.

I want to regain control of my habits, nutrition, and exercise.

Most of all I want to find some peace of mind that moving forward in a world that looks a lot different than what it did before. I want to be ok with that and I want to help support you too!

That being said I am happy to announce  RESET! A 4-week online program designed to help navigate your way back to healthy habits and routines.

This program will help novices and athletes alike create accountability and motivation.

Revisit or learn proper form and get some fresh exercise programs no matter what level you are at.

We will take a closer look at our nutrition habits and work together to reset and improve without depriving.

We will see how to improve overall wellness through breathing, sleep, and positive thought patterns.
